Subscriber Information

Subscribers must provide valid documents and information to verify identity, legal status, and business capacity. FZ Online reserves the right to review and verify these documents.
Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.
Any changes to previously submitted information must be promptly reported to FZ Online. Failure to do so may result in service suspension or termination.

Both parties agree to treat any information marked as confidential as strictly confidential.
Exceptions apply if the information is already public, lawfully obtained by the receiving party, or disclosure is required by law.

FZ Online retains full ownership of all equipment (e.g., ONU, WiFi router, or other devices) provided to subscribers.
Upon termination or suspension of service, equipment must be returned without delay. Any damage will be subject to compensation.

FZ Online will provide services within the agreed timeline. In case of delay, the subscriber will be notified as soon as possible.
Service quality may depend on factors beyond FZ Online’s control (e.g., network congestion, outages, or natural causes). FZ Online shall not be liable for disruptions caused by such factors.
Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond FZ Online’s control.

Subscribers must not exceed allocated bandwidth or the number of permitted connections.
Connections may be automatically disconnected if the subscriber exceeds the monthly data volume limit (if applicable).
Services must not be used for unlawful activities, including fraud, spam, unauthorized reselling, or activities harmful to national, social, or economic interests. Violations may result in disconnection and legal action.
Bulk email spamming is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate termination.
Subscribers are solely responsible for all activities conducted using their account.

Subscribers must pay charges in the prescribed format within the due date.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service. Reconnection requires full payment of outstanding dues, along with applicable reconnection fees.
A “Shifting Charge” applies for relocating the connection.
FZ Online reserves the right to revise tariffs, package plans, and validity periods, with prior notice (except in cases of regulatory or government-imposed changes).

Subscribers must ensure proper electric setup (grounding, UPS, stabilizer, etc.) for the provided equipment.
Equipment must not be relocated or tampered with without prior permission from FZ Online.
Subscribers are responsible for safeguarding equipment against damage due to negligence, fire, natural disasters, theft, water contact, or misuse.

FZ Online reserves the right to communicate offers, updates, and service-related messages to subscribers.
Subscriber names may be used in promotional or business materials, unless otherwise restricted by law.

Service-related complaints must be filed directly with FZ Online’s customer care.
Bandwidth upgrades, downgrades, or disconnection requests require prior written notice (minimum 1 month).
Downgrade requests may incur a one-time fee. Approval is at FZ Online’s discretion.

As a tribute, veterans of the Bangladesh Armed Forces may receive 25% off monthly charges (Golden Jubilee Offer).
Valid ID (with TS number) must be provided at registration. FZ Online reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.

FZ Online shall not be liable for:
- Accuracy or appropriateness of internet content accessed by the subscriber.
- Health hazards or issues caused by misuse of services or equipment.
- Losses or damages caused by factors beyond its control.
Subscribers shall indemnify FZ Online against losses, damages, or penalties resulting from unlawful use of the services.

FZ Online reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to official notification.
